Event Description

Co-presented with the Richmond Art Gallery

In conjunction with the Featured Artist Exhibition, UNION, artists Nancy Lee 李南屏 and Kiran Bhumber ਕਿਰਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਭੰਬਰ will share the impetus for the exhibition, the core themes that shaped the world of UNION, their history of creative collaboration, and their experience developing the project. The talk will be moderated by Yun-Jou Chang. 

The event will be presented by Zoom. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with one another in real-time.

Accessibility: ASL interpretation, descriptive language, and automated captions in English will be provided throughout the event. The event will be recorded, and an English transcript will be made available with the recording after the event.

About the Artists

Nancy Lee 李南屏 is a curator of interactions. Her crafted spaces stimulate behavioural dynamics, inviting their release into a broth of intangibles.

Kiran Bhumber ਕਿਰਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਭੰਬਰ is a media artist, composer, musician and educator based in Vancouver, Canada.
